Terms of Use

Effective October 16, 2026. These terms cover ayushealth.ai only.

The short version: this is the public site of a company still being built. The demonstration is a prototype, nothing here is medical advice, and Ayus is not a medical service. Joining the waitlist holds your place; it promises nothing more. Use the site fairly, do not try to get around the investor gate, and treat the content here as ours. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

What this site is

ayushealth.ai is the public site of Ayus Health, Inc. Ayus builds superintelligence to understand and heal the human species. This site explains what we are building, shows a demonstration of the product, keeps a waitlist for the first group of members, and holds a package of materials for investors behind a passcode.

One fact about where the company stands: Ayus Health, Inc. is in formation. It incorporates in Delaware on October 20, 2026. Until then, this site is operated by the company's founder, Aditya Denduluri, and he is responsible for it. In these terms, "Ayus" and "we" mean the founder until the company exists, and the company from then on.

By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

A demonstration, not a medical service

The product demonstration on this site is a prototype. It is not a finished product, and it is not available for clinical use. Its data flow is simulated, and the patient case shown in it is fictional, created for the demonstration.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Ayus is a wellness and research platform. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it has not been evaluated, cleared, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Talk to your own clinician about medical decisions. If you are in a medical emergency, call 911.

Not an offer of securities

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. The investor package is confidential, sits behind a passcode, and is intended for accredited investors only. It is governed by the notice shown at its gate. If Ayus offers an investment, the offer will be made only through definitive documents, and those documents will control. Reading this site or joining the waitlist creates no investment relationship and no promise about any future offering.

Content and the Ayus name

The words, images, film, design, demonstration, and other content on this site belong to Ayus Health, Inc. or to the people who licensed them to us. The Ayus name and logo are the company's trademarks.

You may read the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or sell its content, and you may not use the Ayus name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, your company, or your product, unless we have agreed in writing.

Using the site fairly

Fair use of this site means:

Do not misuse the site or the investor gate, and do not try to get past the passcode or open the package using someone else's access.
Do not scrape the site, run bots against it, or collect its content or addresses automatically. Ordinary browsing is fine.
Do not present yourself as Ayus, or as speaking for Ayus, when you are not.
Do not interfere with the site, its security, or anyone else's use of it, and do not use the site for anything unlawful.

If we believe someone is breaking these terms, we may block the access involved.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist creates no account and no login. It does not make Ayus your healthcare provider, and the waitlist is not a medical service. It does not promise that you will get access to any product, when access might open, or on what terms. We expect to open in small groups, and we may change or close the waitlist at any time. What you send through the form is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Services we rely on

This site runs with help from a few outside services, each under its own terms. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps its server and security logs. FormSubmit relays waitlist signups to our inbox, which is a Google Gmail inbox. The site's fonts are served from this site itself, not by an outside service. How information is collected and handled on this site is governed by our Privacy Policy. If a page here links to another site, that site is responsible for its own content and terms.

The site as it is

We work to keep this site accurate and running, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, complete, or free of errors. Descriptions of what we are building describe work in progress and may change as the work develops.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away rights the law does not allow you to give up.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, the changed terms apply to that use.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
